1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lone Star Digital services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all plans: Starter ($499/mo), Pro ($999/mo), and Platform ($1,499/mo).
2. Services Provided
Lone Star Digital provides: website design and hosting, AI receptionist call handling, SEO page generation, review request automation, online booking, missed-call text-back, analytics dashboards, and retention marketing tools. Specific features vary by plan.
3. Subscription & Billing
All plans are month-to-month. No setup fees. No contracts. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months. We bill via credit card or ACH. Invoices are sent monthly.
4. AI Receptionist
AI receptionist answers calls 24/7/365. It captures caller details, books jobs, and texts you summaries. It is not a replacement for human judgment in emergencies. You are responsible for following up on urgent calls. We are not liable for missed opportunities, misinterpreted calls, or booking errors.
5. SEO & Content
SEO page factory generates location-specific landing pages. We do not guarantee specific search rankings. Results depend on market, competition, and Google algorithm changes. Generated content is yours to keep while subscribed.
6. Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, respond to captured leads in a timely manner, maintain your business licenses and insurance, and comply with all applicable Texas and federal laws. You are responsible for content you approve for publication.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of the Lone Star Digital platform, AI models, and proprietary tools. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, content, and customer data. Website design is licensed to you during your subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lone Star Digital is not liable for: lost revenue, missed calls, lost customers, search ranking changes, third-party service outages (Google, phone providers), or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability is limited to one month of subscription fees.
9. Data & Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your website is taken offline, AI receptionist stops, and SEO pages are removed. You may export customer data (contacts, call logs) before cancellation. Data is retained 90 days post-cancellation then deleted unless legally required otherwise.
10. Guarantee
We guarantee the system pays for itself in 2-3 weeks or we will work with you until it does. This is a performance commitment, not a refund policy. If we cannot achieve ROI within 60 days, you may cancel without further charges.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
